KCNC-TV, also known as CBS4 Denver, is a television station serving the Denver, Colorado area. It is the CBS affiliate for the market and is owned and operated by CBS Television Stations, a subsidiary of ViacomCBS.

CBS4 Denver studios are located on Lincoln Street in downtown Denver, and its transmitter is located on Lookout Mountain, near Golden.
KCNC-TV signed on the air on September 15, 1952, as a primary CBS affiliate. It was the first television station in Denver and the first television station in Colorado. KCNC-TV was originally owned by the E.W. Scripps Company. In 1982, Scripps sold KCNC-TV to Westinghouse Broadcasting. In 1995, Westinghouse merged with CBS Corporation. KCNC-TV has been owned by CBS Corporation ever since.
KCNC-TV is one of the highest-rated television stations in Denver. It is known for its news coverage, which includes the Emmy Award-winning morning news program 4Wanted. It also airs a number of other popular programs, including 60 Minutes, The Price Is Right, and The Young and the Restless.
KCNC-TV is a major contributor to the Denver community. It provides financial support to a number of local charities and organizations. CBS4 Denver also hosts a number of events throughout the year, including the KCNC-TV 4th of July Parade.
